Oireachtas season is underway and the first round of results are in.

In the Western Canadian region, congratulations to regional champions, the Victoria School of Irish Dance in the Ladies Ceili competition.

In the Eastern Canadian region, the results were:

Adult Ceili - 4 Hand

1st - Finnegan School A
2nd - Gilchrist-Canavan
3rd - Tir na Nog
4th - Gilchirst-Canavan B
5th - Finnegan School B

Adult Ceili - 8 hand

1st - Finnegan School A
2nd - Gilchrist-Canavan A
